Inverary Aug 22nd 87 Dear Sir, I got your letter on the 10th of this, and immediately set off for Hexham, & shall be much obliged to you to let me know whether it is necessary I shall come home immediately and what the Money comes to, I am to pay, as Sir Thomas is not at home, if it is to be paid immediately I must have an order from him on Mr. Noble, the sooner the business is over the better and I will set off the next day after I get yours if it is necessary.
