Bedford Row Decr. 23, 1824 Sir The Mercers Company having lately filed a bill against Sir John Swinburn & his Tenants within the Titheable places of Chollerton for the purpose of trying their exclusive right to tythes it has become necessary to amend the bill by making you as Vicar a party. I shall therefore be obliged by your acquainting me, as Solicitor for the Company, the name of your Solicitor with whom I may communicate, or his agent here.
