Mr King is prepare[in]g a good deal of Manure to lay upon the face of his present farm this winter for wch he says he expects an Allowance out of the £200 but I tell him he has no pretence to any allow[an]ce out of that sum, but for what he does after the comencem[en]t of the term for the whole Estate.
