Mr Isaac Hunter Dukesfield Newcastle 24th Feby 1797 Dr Sir Mr Blackett received your Letter and desires me to inform you that it is his wish that all the Lead upon the Roads, from Allen & Dukesfield Mills to Newburn, should be sent in as soon as possible & an Account made out, in order to see what Quantity is lost or mislaid a new regulation must also be made with the Carriagemen, as a Quay is engaged at Newburn & a person to take an account of the Lead, a Wherry will likewise be engaged to deliver it at Blaydon, and any other regulation that is is necessary can be settled when you come down for Sunbsistance, I hope we shall be able to procure it for you, tho’ at present the Banks are in a bad situation, but before you have to come down I hope they will be able to go on in their usual way.
